In the GMKrypt documentation, it says that the first byte after the seed trash heap is not obfuscated, but LGM is still trying to de-obfuscate it with the rest of the game id. This causes the game id to be read oddly...
Thanks, you are correct, and this has been fixed for future versions.
If it's important, we can work on making an unofficial build for you and plugin makers, but it shouldn't be too much of a concern, because it will consistently read the same (wrong) id, and should only be a 1-time conversion to GM6 anyways (plus you can correct it by hand).
